Senior Program Associate
The Senior Program Associate (SPA) is responsible for coordinating with the stakeholders to ensure that the programs are designed and implemented according to the larger strategic plan. The SPA will provide oversight and monitoring of the programs and lead the team members for implementation according to the plan and within timeline. The SPA will work under the direct supervision of the Executive Director (ED) and the co-Executive Director (Co-ED) and will be reporting supervisor of the Program Associate, Communication Associate, the Regional Team members, and the volunteer. The SPA will also inform regarding the program design and loop feedback regarding any possible adjustments in the program.

Communication Associate
The Communication Associate (CA) is responsible for designing, planning and administering the public communication of BYEI. The CA will work closely with the Senior Program Associate to identify the communication requirements for different programs. The CA will work under the direct supervision of the Executive Director (ED) and the co-Executive Director (Co-ED) to ensure that the BYEI programs has strong visibility and publicity.
